本说明只针对本站的“登记”表单和试点申请，适用于所有访问者，无论你在哪个国家或地区。我们的浏览器扩展各有单独的隐私政策，见扩展与隐私政策。

我们是谁

负责处理这些信息的是数与理（杭州）数字科技有限公司（Number & Reason），注册在中国杭州。按欧盟 GDPR 的说法，我们是数据控制者。联系方式见文末。

我们收集什么

你填写的	邮箱和想做的产品类型；申请试点时，还有你想解决的问题和用户是谁（必填）、打算怎么做出来（选填）；界面语言。
自动记录的	你从哪个页面来（来源链接）；登记时间和申请试点的时间（试点按申请时间排队）。为防刷，我们把 IP 地址加盐后做单向哈希，只保存 1 小时，用来限制同一来源每小时最多提交 20 次；不保存原始 IP。
不收集的	不用第三方统计或广告追踪，不设广告 Cookie。首页字体从 Google Fonts 加载，你的浏览器会因此连接 Google 的服务器。

用来做什么

正式上线时通知你，并兑现早鸟承诺。
你申请了试点：按申请先后排队，给你做研判并发送研判文档。你提交的描述只用于给你做研判，不会公开。我们不需要你的具体方案，也请不要填写。
统计大家想做哪些类型的产品，决定下一步先覆盖哪个市场（只看汇总数字）。

处理依据是你的同意，也就是表单上的勾选。你可以随时撤回，撤回不影响此前已经进行的处理。

我们不出售你的信息，也不分享给任何第三方做营销或广告。

信息存在哪里、谁会接触到

不论你身在哪里，你的信息都存放在新加坡，邮件经美国发送。两家服务商只按我们的指示处理，不会拿去做别的用途：

服务器	DigitalOcean, LLC（美国公司）存放位置：新加坡机房用途：存放全部登记信息，运行登记服务涉及的信息：上面“我们收集什么”里的全部内容联系方式：privacy@digitalocean.com
邮件发送	Plus Five Five, Inc.（Resend 的运营公司）处理地点：美国用途：把登记确认链接、试点进度、上线通知发到你的邮箱涉及的信息：你的邮箱地址和邮件内容（试点邮件里会包含你提交的想法）联系方式：support@resend.com

这意味着你的信息会离开你所在的国家或地区，而这些地方的数据保护法律可能和你所在地不同。我们把这件事写在表单的勾选旁边，勾选即表示你同意这种传输（对中国大陆用户，这就是《个人信息保护法》要求的出境单独同意；对欧洲经济区和英国用户，这是 GDPR 下的明确同意）。不同意也没关系，可以不登记，直接发邮件给我们。

保存多久

提交后需要点确认邮件里的链接，登记才生效；没确认的，14 天内自动删除（含备份）。
登记信息保存到你退订或要求删除为止。
申请试点时勾选了“交付后删除”（默认勾选）：研判交付后，删除你提交的描述，只保留邮箱。
退订后 30 天内自动删除全部记录（含备份）。
如果我们停止这项服务，会在停止后 30 天内删除全部登记数据。

你的权利

不论你在哪里，你都可以：

退订：登记后的每封邮件底部都有退订链接，点一下即生效。
查看、获取副本：我们会把保存的你的全部信息发给你。
更正：用同一邮箱再提交一次表单（确认后生效），或发邮件给我们。
删除、撤回同意、反对或限制处理。
投诉：你可以向所在地的数据保护机构投诉。

除退订外，其他请求都发邮件到 jileilei@shuyuli.cn，我们在 15 个工作日内处理并回复你。你对新加坡服务器和美国邮件服务商处理的信息，也找我们办理即可。

未成年人

这项服务面向开发者和创业者，不面向 16 岁以下的人，我们不会有意收集他们的信息。如果发现误收，会立即删除。

Privacy notice: waitlist and pilots

This notice covers only the sign-up form and pilot requests on this site, and applies to everyone, wherever you are. Our browser extensions each have their own privacy policy, see extensions & privacy policies.

Who we are

Number & Reason (Hangzhou) Digital Technology Co Ltd, registered in Hangzhou, China, is responsible for this information (the data controller under the GDPR). Contact details are at the end.

What we collect

You give us	Your email and the kind of product you want to build; for a pilot, also the problem you want to solve and for whom (required) and how you plan to build it (optional); your interface language.
Recorded automatically	The page you came from, and when you signed up and applied for a pilot (pilots are queued by application time). To stop spam we keep a salted one-way hash of your IP address for one hour, to allow at most 20 submissions per hour from one source. We don't store your IP address.
Not collected	No third-party analytics, ad tracking or advertising cookies. The home page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.

What we use it for

To tell you when we launch and honor the early-bird offer.
If you asked for a pilot: to queue you in order of application, run the verdict and send you the document. What you write is used only to produce your verdict and is never published. We don't need your solution, so please don't include it.
To count which kinds of products people want to build, so we can choose which market to cover next (aggregate numbers only).

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; that doesn't affect processing that happened before.

We don't sell your personal information or share it with anyone for marketing or advertising.

Where it's stored and who can access it

Wherever you are, your information is stored in Singapore and emails are sent through the United States. Both providers process it only on our instructions:

Email delivery	Plus Five Five, Inc. (operator of Resend) Location: United States Purpose: sends confirmation links, pilot updates and the launch notice Data: your email address and the message content (pilot emails include the idea you submitted) Contact: support@resend.com

This means your information leaves your country or region, and the data protection laws there may differ from yours. We say so next to the checkbox on the form, and ticking it means you agree to this transfer (for users in the EEA and UK, this is explicit consent under the GDPR; for users in mainland China, it is the separate consent required by the Personal Information Protection Law). If you don't agree, don't sign up; you can email us instead.

How long we keep it

A sign-up only takes effect once you click the link in the confirmation email. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 14 days, backups included.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
If you ticked “delete once delivered” when applying for a pilot (ticked by default), we delete what you wrote when the verdict is delivered and keep only your email.
Records are deleted automatically within 30 days of unsubscribing, backups included.
If we shut this service down, we delete all sign-up data within 30 days.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can:

Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email after you sign up. It takes effect immediately.
Get a copy of everything we hold about you.
Correct your details: submit the form again with the same email (it applies once you confirm), or email us.
Have your data deleted, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict processing.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

For anything other than unsubscribing, email jileilei@shuyuli.cn. We'll handle it and reply within 15 working days, including for data held by our server and email providers.

Children

This service is for developers and founders and is not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information and will delete it if we find we have.
